In microvascular end-to-side anastomoses it is highly important to accomplish the operation with the least damage on the vascular structure and its constituents or the peripheral tissues. In the present study the author introduces a new atraumatic technique to obtain the best visualization of the posterior wall of the end-to-side anastomosis.
在微血管端侧吻合术中,以对血管结构及其组成部分或周围组织造成最小损伤的方式完成手术非常重要。在本研究中,作者介绍了一种新的无创伤技术,以实现对端侧吻合口后壁的最佳可视化。
