Cardiac lipoma is a kind of extremely rare benign tumor. Lipomas can be located in various parts of the pericardium and heart, among which the pericardial lipoma is relatively rare.
We report the case of a 59-year-old male with extremely rare cardiac lipoma. The patient was admitted to the hospital because of palpitation and dyspnea for more than one month. Echocardiography examination and the pathological results indicated lipoma.
Diagnosed with lipoma.
The patient underwent cardiac lipoma resection successfully.
There was no obvious cardiac abnormality in the follow-up three months after the surgery.
Echocardiography is of great significance for preoperative evaluation and postoperative follow-up.
心脏脂肪瘤是一种极为罕见的良性肿瘤。脂肪瘤可位于心包和心脏的各个部位，其中心包脂肪瘤相对少见。
我们报告一例59岁男性患有极为罕见的心脏脂肪瘤。患者因心悸、气短1个多月入院。超声心动图检查及病理结果提示为脂肪瘤。
诊断为脂肪瘤。
患者成功接受了心脏脂肪瘤切除术。
术后3个月的随访中未发现明显心脏异常。
超声心动图对术前评估和术后随访具有重要意义。
