OBJECTIVE
To provide an overview of the etiology, diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship concerns surrounding endometrial cancer.

CONCLUSION
Endometrial cancer is the most common gynecologic malignancy. Staging and treatment are primarily surgical, with adjuvant radiation and chemotherapy administered as indicated by grade and stage.
