Workers' hygiene is one of the most important risk factors in transferring pathogens to foods. Produce handlers lacked basic knowledge on personal hygiene and food safety. Produce handlers' hand hygiene levels were below set standards. This study is the first of its kind in the region; thus, it helps fill an existing knowledge gap.
工人卫生是将病原体转移到食品中的最重要的风险因素之一。农产品处理人员缺乏个人卫生和食品安全的基本知识。农产品处理人员的手部卫生水平低于设定的标准。本研究在该地区尚属首例,因此有助于填补现有知识空白。
