Abstract

OBJECTIVE

Comminuted radial head fractures are disproportionately often accompanied by injuries of the bone or ligaments and can be treated in different ways.

METHODS

15 patients with a comminuted radial head fracture were treated with an angular stable plate (=G1) and 8 with a MoPyC-prosthesis (=G2)

RESULTS

G1 shows an average Morrey-score of 83,87 points. Complications occurred in 5/15 patients. Within G2 an average Morrey-score of 86 was achieved. Complications could be shown in 2/8 patients.

CONCLUSION

Both the treatment provides a clear individual benefit for the patients and predict promising results for the treatment of comminuted radial head fractures.

目的

粉碎性桡骨头骨折常常不成比例地伴有骨骼或韧带损伤,并且可以采用不同的治疗方式。

方法

15例粉碎性桡骨头骨折患者采用角稳定钢板治疗(=G1组),8例采用MoPyC假体治疗(=G2组)。

结果

G1组平均Morrey评分为83.87分。15例患者中有5例出现并发症。G2组平均Morrey评分为86分。8例患者中有2例出现并发症。

结论

两种治疗方法都为患者带来了明确的个体益处,并对粉碎性桡骨头骨折的治疗预示了良好的结果。
