The article considers dynamics and main indices of primary and total disability of adult and children population in the regions in 2005-2015 as compared to similar indices of the Russian Federation on the basis of the data of Medical Informational Analytical Center of the Ministry of Health Care of the Republic of Bashkortostan, the territorial Agency of Federal Service of State statistics of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The characteristics of indices and their dynamics, structure of leading causes of disability of adult and children population and differences in levels of disability were established. The established tendencies of dynamics of indices of disability in the Republic of Bashkortostan can be taken as a principle in development of programs of prevention of disability and rehabilitation of disable individuals.
本文依据巴什科尔托斯坦共和国卫生部医疗信息分析中心、巴什科尔托斯坦共和国国家统计联邦局地区机构的数据，对2005 - 2015年各地区成人及儿童人口的一级残疾和全残的动态变化及主要指标与俄罗斯联邦的类似指标进行了比较。确定了这些指标及其动态变化的特征、成人及儿童人口残疾的主要原因结构以及残疾水平的差异。巴什科尔托斯坦共和国残疾指标的既定动态趋势可作为制定残疾人预防和康复计划的一项原则。
