Abstract

The purpose of this article is to introduce women's leadership in the nursing profession of South Korea. For this purpose, the article will briefly discuss the cultural background of Korean society at the beginning and explain how the values of the traditional society have influenced women's leadership in the nursing profession in South Korea. Finally, I will discuss my personal experience of leadership development based on Bolman and Deal's leadership typology, .

摘要

本文的目的是介绍韩国护理行业中的女性领导力。为此,文章开篇将简要探讨韩国社会的文化背景,并解释传统社会价值观如何影响了韩国护理行业中的女性领导力。最后,我将基于博尔曼和迪尔的领导类型学,讨论我个人的领导力发展经历。
