Abstract

A fluorescence-enhanced and lysosome-targeted Al probe (1) based on a pyrazole-containing hydrazone was developed in this work. The fluorescent probe 1 displays an OFF-ON fluorescence response to Al in the lysosome pH environment. In addition, the resultant 1-Al complex could act as an ON-OFF fluorescence sensor for F. Fluorescence imaging shows that 1 is suitable for visualization of Al in lysosomes of HeLa cells.

本工作开发了一种基于含吡唑腙的荧光增强和溶酶体靶向 Al 探针(1)。荧光探针 1 在溶酶体 pH 环境中对 Al 表现出 OFF-ON 荧光响应。此外,所得的 1-Al 配合物可以作为 F 的 ON-OFF 荧光传感器。荧光成像表明 1 适用于 HeLa 细胞溶酶体中 Al 的可视化。
