Abstract

3,4-Dihydroxybenzoic acid (DBA) was isolated from Acanthopanax senticosus as an antiplatelet aggregatory substance. This paper also reports the results of the investigations on the structural activity relationships among the various dihydroxybenzoic acid derivatives against rat platelet aggregations induced by ADP (adenosine 5'-diphosphate), AA (arachidonic acid), or collagen.

从刺五加中分离出3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(DBA)作为一种抗血小板聚集物质。本文还报道了各种二羟基苯甲酸衍生物对由ADP(腺苷5'-二磷酸)、AA(花生四烯酸)或胶原蛋白诱导的大鼠血小板聚集的构效关系研究结果。
