The objective of this study was to investigate the concentrations of inorganic elements in the rhizome of Smith var. (Franch.) Hara of different planting years and cultivation conditions. Twenty-five inorganic elements including Al, As, B, Ba, Be, Bi, Ca, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, K, Li, Mg, Mn, Na, Ni, P, Pb, Se, Sr, Ti, V, and Zn in the rhizome were determined by using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). The analytical method was validated by measuring several parameters including linearity, correlation coefficient, limit of detection (LOD), limit of quantification (LOQ), and recovery. The linear working ranges were three, 0-300 g/L, 0-500 g/L, and 0-1000 g/L, and the correlation coefficients () values were higher than 0.998. LOD varied from 0.001 g/L (Be) to 11.957 g/L (P), and LOQ varied from 0.003 g/L (Be) to 35.870 g/L (P). The recoveries spanned from 95.2 (Co) to 105.3% (Pb). Validation parameters showed the possibility of using whole of the sample preparation procedures used in this study. Based on the determined results, it is indicated that the toxic elements As, Cd, and Pb had no ingestion risk. The planting years and cultivation conditions had significant effects on the concentrations of inorganic elements of . var. . The concentrations of inorganic elements in cultivated samples were different from those in wild samples. The results can provide useful theoretical basis for the quality control and rational use of . var. .
本研究的目的是调查不同种植年份和栽培条件下峨眉雪胆(Hemsleya emarginata (Franch.) Cogn. var. wangii (Sun) Tsai & Tseng)根茎中无机元素的含量。采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定了根茎中包括铝(Al)、砷(As)、硼(B)、钡(Ba)、铍(Be)、铋(Bi)、钙(Ca)、镉(Cd)、钴(Co)、铬(Cr)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)、钾(K)、锂(Li)、镁(Mg)、锰(Mn)、钠(Na)、镍(Ni)、磷(P)、铅(Pb)、硒(Se)、锶(Sr)、钛(Ti)、钒(V)和锌(Zn)在内的25种无机元素。通过测量线性度、相关系数、检测限(LOD)、定量限(LOQ)和回收率等参数对分析方法进行了验证。线性工作范围分别为三个,0 - 300 μg/L、0 - 500 μg/L和0 - 1000 μg/L,相关系数(r)值高于0.998。检测限从0.001 μg/L(Be)到11.957 μg/L(P)不等,定量限从0.003 μg/L(Be)到35.870 μg/L(P)不等。回收率范围为95.2%(Co)至105.3%(Pb)。验证参数表明本研究中使用的整个样品制备程序是可行的。根据测定结果,表明有毒元素As、Cd和Pb不存在摄入风险。种植年份和栽培条件对峨眉雪胆根茎中无机元素的含量有显著影响。栽培样品中无机元素的含量与野生样品不同。研究结果可为峨眉雪胆的质量控制和合理利用提供有用的理论依据。
