Abstract

The Gram-negative pathogenic spirochetal bacteria spp. cause leptospirosis in humans and livestock animals. strain LS 001/16 was isolated from a soil sample associated with a leptospirosis patient in Kelantan, which is among the states in Malaysia with a high reported number of disease cases. Here, we report the complete genome sequence of strain LS 001/16.

革兰氏阴性致病性螺旋体细菌 spp. 可导致人类和家畜感染钩端螺旋体病。菌株LS 001/16是从马来西亚吉兰丹州一名钩端螺旋体病患者相关的土壤样本中分离出来的,吉兰丹州是该国报告病例数较多的州之一。在此,我们报告菌株LS 001/16的完整基因组序列。
