Abstract
RECOMMENDATION
Two-stage exchange arthroplasty is recommended in the majority of cases following infected TAA. One-stage arthroplasty is only indicated in a limited patient population with acute infection, preoperatively identified low-virulence organisms, and low-risk patient factors.
