[New aspects in the pathogenesis of chronic bronchitis].

Excretory and incretory testicular function was studied in 16 patients with chronic bronchitis and in 5 healthy males. Sustanon-250 was added to combined therapy of 15 patients. A decrease in excretory and incretory testicular function was noted in the patients with chronic bronchitis. Disturbed sexual function made an effect on chronic bronchitis development by means of lessening mucociliary clearance. A method of pathogenetic therapy is incorporation of testosterone in multimodality therapy of male patients with chronic bronchitis for improving mucociliary clearance and sexual function in them.
