Abstract

A visible-light-promoted regioselective coupling of C(sp)-H of aryl-2-azirine and (diacetoxy)iodobenzene has been reported. Rose Bengal as an organophotoredox catalyst has been used in this reaction. The reaction proceeds under aerobic condition at room temperature. A variety of aryl-2-azirines gives the corresponding acyloxylated azirines under this reaction conditions. The reaction goes through a radical pathway. The protocol is also applicable on gram-scale synthesis.

据报道,可见光促进了芳基-2-氮杂环丙烷的C(sp)-H与(二乙酰氧基)碘苯的区域选择性偶联反应。在该反应中使用了玫瑰红作为有机光氧化还原催化剂。该反应在有氧条件下于室温进行。在这种反应条件下,多种芳基-2-氮杂环丙烷可生成相应的酰氧基化氮杂环丙烷。该反应通过自由基途径进行。该方法也适用于克级规模的合成。
