Abstract
We report a rare yet typical presentation of a severe infection with that affected the deep structure of the hand and wrist of a 43-old fish breeder. A combination therapy of surgical debridement and antibiotic treatment with clarithromycin and ethambutol for 6 months led to a total resolution of the symptoms. Intensive rehabilitation completely restored the function of the hand.

我们报告了一例罕见但典型的严重感染病例，该感染影响了一名43岁养鱼户的手部和腕部深层结构。手术清创与克拉霉素和乙胺丁醇联合抗生素治疗6个月的综合疗法使症状完全缓解。强化康复完全恢复了手部功能。
