: To report a case of cystoid macular edema (CME) secondary to juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA)-associated uveitis.: 26-year-old female patient presented with CME in both eyes. CME became refractory and TCZ-IV was initiated. After 12 infusions was stopped because grade 1 neuropenia developed. On examination,visual acuity of the right eye was 20/80. Spectral domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) of the right eye revealed CME. Subcutaneous (TCZ-SC) was initiated. After six injections of TCZ-SC, ophthalmic examination revealed no signs of active inflammation, and central foveal thickness decreased.: TCZ-SC seems to have a role in the treatment of CME secondary to juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA)-associated uveitis.
报告一例幼年特发性关节炎（JIA）相关葡萄膜炎继发的囊样黄斑水肿（CME）。
一位 26 岁女性患者双眼均出现 CME。CME 变得难治，开始使用托珠单抗静脉注射（TCZ-IV）。因出现 1 级神经病变，治疗 12 次后停止用药。检查发现右眼视力为 20/80。右眼频域光相干断层扫描（SD-OCT）显示 CME。开始皮下注射托珠单抗（TCZ-SC）。TCZ-SC 注射 6 次后，眼部检查发现无活动性炎症迹象，且中央视网膜厚度降低。
TCZ-SC 似乎在治疗 JIA 相关葡萄膜炎继发的 CME 中起作用。
