Cardiac metastasis is relatively common in malignant neoplasms, such as lung cancers, breast cancers, melanomas, lymphomas, and leukemias. In contrast, cardiac metastasis of uterine cervical cancer, solitary metastasis to the heart, and tumors inducing severe thrombocytopenia are rare.
The present patient was a 52-year-old female who was diagnosed with a solitary cardiac tumor prior to uterine cervical cancer and presented with severe thrombocytopenia. Our case had two remarkable aspects: 1) successful treatment under the condition of severe thrombocytopenia in association with the presence of a cardiac tumor, and survival without recurrence of the carcinoma one year after surgery; and 2) a solitary cardiac metastatic tumor larger than the primary uterine cervix carcinoma.
we report an extremely rare case of solitary cardiac metastasis of uterine cervical cancer, which wassuccessfully treated. One year after cardiac surgery, the patient is alive without recurrence of the carcinoma.
心脏转移在恶性肿瘤中相对常见，如肺癌、乳腺癌、黑色素瘤、淋巴瘤和白血病。相比之下，子宫颈癌的心脏转移、心脏孤立转移以及导致严重血小板减少的肿瘤较为罕见。
本患者为一名52岁女性，在诊断出子宫颈癌之前被诊断出患有心脏孤立肿瘤，并出现严重血小板减少。我们的病例有两个显著特点：1）在严重血小板减少且伴有心脏肿瘤的情况下成功治疗，术后一年癌症无复发存活；2）心脏孤立转移瘤大于原发性子宫颈癌。
我们报告了一例极其罕见的子宫颈癌心脏孤立转移病例，该病例得到了成功治疗。心脏手术后一年，患者存活且癌症无复发。
