Angioleiomyomas are benign tumors and can occur in subcutaneous tissues all over the body, and lower extremities are more common. Primary intracranial angioleiomyomas are rare. We present a case of intracranial angioleiomyoma and review the literature. A 35-year-old Chinese women presented with one-year history of the left leg claudication. MRI revealed a 6.3 × 7.4 × 5.4 cm lesion located in the lateral ventricle, which, to our knowledge is the first lateral ventricle ALM reported. The tumor was resected. The pathological results were consistent with angioleiomyoma. Hemiplegia of left limb was found during post-operative period and no recurrence was found during five month of follow-up. ALM is a rare intracranial tumor but can occur.
血管平滑肌脂肪瘤是良性肿瘤，可以发生在全身的皮下组织，下肢更常见。原发性颅内血管平滑肌脂肪瘤很少见。我们报告一例颅内血管平滑肌脂肪瘤病例并复习文献。一位 35 岁的中国女性，左腿跛行 1 年。MRI 显示位于侧脑室的 6.3×7.4×5.4cm 病变，据我们所知，这是首例报告的侧脑室 ALM。肿瘤被切除。病理结果符合血管平滑肌脂肪瘤。术后发现左侧肢体偏瘫，随访 5 个月无复发。ALM 是一种罕见的颅内肿瘤，但也会发生。
