For demonstration of the calorigenic effects of catecholamines on narcotized rats, ethylurethane and pentobarbital proved to be equally suitable as narcotics. Under urethane, narcotized rats showed no disorders of either glucose resorption or glucose utilization. With excessive oral supply, glucose becomes the preferential substrate in the energy metabolism of these animals.
为了证明儿茶酚胺对麻醉大鼠的产热作用,已证明氨基甲酸乙酯和戊巴比妥作为麻醉剂同样适用。在氨基甲酸乙酯作用下,麻醉大鼠的葡萄糖吸收或利用均未出现紊乱。在口服供应过量时,葡萄糖成为这些动物能量代谢中的优先底物。
