Abstract
The draft genome sequence of () strain GIHE 2018, a filamentous nitrogen-fixing and potentially harmful cyanobacterium, is reported here. This is the first strain isolated from a shallow freshwater pond in South Korea. This information is expected to improve our understanding of the phylogeography of this species.

本文报道了丝状固氮且可能有害的蓝藻菌株GIHE 2018的基因组序列草图。这是从韩国一个浅淡水池塘分离出的首个菌株。该信息有望增进我们对该物种系统地理学的理解。
