Trace lead detection for cyclic voltammetry (CV) and square-wave (SW) stripping voltammetry was performed using mercury immobilized onto a carbon nanotube electrode (HNPE). Using the characteristics of mercury and the catalytic carbon nanotube structure, a modified technique, the 0.45 µg/l detection limit of lead ion was attained. The developed method can be applied to pond water, fish tissue, plant tissue, and direct assay.
采用固定在碳纳米管电极(HNPE)上的汞对循环伏安法(CV)和方波(SW)溶出伏安法中的痕量铅进行检测。利用汞的特性和催化性碳纳米管结构,通过一种改进技术实现了铅离子0.45μg/l的检测限。所开发的方法可应用于池塘水、鱼组织、植物组织以及直接分析。
