Abstract

Electrophoresis in PAAG separates hemoglobin of domesticated ducks into 4 fractions: two major (Hb-1 and Hb-2) and two minor (Hb-3 and Hb-4). All electrophoretic fractions of the mentioned hemoglobin being subjected to isoelectrofocusing within the pH gradient of 6.0:8.0 show a heterogeneity associated with the presence of nine isoelectric components in each fraction. Components with the highest protein content are found to shift towards the acidic region pI in the direction of Hb-1----Hb-2----Hb-3----Hb-4 fractions.

摘要

在聚丙烯酰胺凝胶中进行电泳可将家鸭血红蛋白分离为4个组分:两个主要组分(Hb-1和Hb-2)以及两个次要组分(Hb-3和Hb-4)。上述血红蛋白的所有电泳组分在pH值为6.0至8.0的梯度中进行等电聚焦时,各组分均显示出与9种等电成分相关的异质性。蛋白质含量最高的组分在Hb-1→Hb-2→Hb-3→Hb-4组分方向上向酸性区域pI移动。
