Methylated flavonols form a special group with modulating biological activities in comparison with kaempferol and quercetin. The present study isolated ten compounds including two kaempferol methyl ethers: 5-hydroxy-3,7,4'-trimethoxyflavone (), 3-hydroxy-5,7,4'-trimethoxyflavone (); four quercetin methyl ethers: retusin (5-hydroxy-3,7,3',4'-tetramethoxyflavone) (), 3,5-dihydroxy-7,3',4'-trimethoxyflavone (), 3,4'-dihydroxy-5,7,3'-trimethoxyflavone (), and 3,5,7,3',4'-pentamethoxyflavone (); -sitosterol (); 5-hydroxy-1-(4'-hydroxyphenyl)eicosan-3-one (); -hydroquinone (); and vanillic acid () from the rhizomes and fruit of J.F.Gmel. (Zingiberaceae). Their structures were determined by MS, NMR, and X-ray spectroscopic techniques. Among the methylated flavonols, , -, and were isolated for the first time from the rhizomes, while , , and were isolated from the fruit. Compounds , , , , and were reported for the first time from the species. Three main methylated flavonols , , and were quantitatively analyzed in the rhizomes of by RP-HPLC-DAD; their contents were determined to be 1.81% (), 1.38% (), and 1.76% (). The antimicrobial assay against , , , , , , , and and antioxidant DPPH scavenging test were performed for the isolated methylated flavonols.
与山奈酚和槲皮素相比,甲基化黄酮醇形成了一类具有调节生物活性的特殊化合物。本研究从姜科植物高良姜的根茎和果实中分离出10种化合物,包括两种山奈酚甲基醚:5-羟基-3,7,4'-三甲氧基黄酮()、3-羟基-5,7,4'-三甲氧基黄酮();四种槲皮素甲基醚:扁蓄苷(5-羟基-3,7,3',4'-四甲氧基黄酮)()、3,5-二羟基-7,3',4'-三甲氧基黄酮()、3,4'-二羟基-5,7,3'-三甲氧基黄酮()和3,5,7,3',4'-五甲氧基黄酮();β-谷甾醇();5-羟基-1-(4'-羟基苯基)二十烷-3-酮();对苯二酚();以及香草酸()。通过质谱、核磁共振和X射线光谱技术确定了它们的结构。在甲基化黄酮醇中,、和首次从根茎中分离得到,而、和从果实中分离得到。化合物、、、、和首次从该物种中报道。采用反相高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测法对高良姜根茎中的三种主要甲基化黄酮醇、和进行了定量分析;测定它们的含量分别为1.81%()、1.38%()和1.76%()。对分离得到的甲基化黄酮醇进行了针对、、、、、、、的抗菌试验和抗氧化DPPH清除试验。
