Erythema elevatum diutinum is a small vessel vasculitis which is benign, rare, and chronic. It is clinically characterized by violaceous, brown, or yellowish plaques, nodules, and papules. It has been associated with autoimmune, infectious, and neoplastic processes. The following case describes a patient with hepatitis B virus and human immunodeficiency virus with CD4 count<200mm, HIV-seropositive for 16 years, and diagnosed with hepatitis B virus at the hospital. The patient was treated with oral dapsone 100mg/day, showing regression after seven months of treatment. The authors found three cases in the literature of association of erythema elevatum diutinum, human immunodeficiency virus, and hepatitis B virus.
持久性隆起性红斑是一种良性、罕见的慢性小血管炎。其临床特征为紫红色、棕色或淡黄色斑块、结节及丘疹。它与自身免疫、感染及肿瘤性病变相关。以下病例描述了一名患有乙型肝炎病毒和人类免疫缺陷病毒的患者，其CD4细胞计数<200/mm³，HIV血清学阳性16年，且在医院被诊断为乙型肝炎病毒感染。该患者接受了每日口服100mg氨苯砜的治疗，治疗七个月后病情出现好转。作者在文献中发现了三例持久性隆起性红斑、人类免疫缺陷病毒及乙型肝炎病毒相关联的病例。
