Abstract

The effects of oxodipine, a new dihydropyridine, were studied and compared with those of nifedipine in guinea-pig ileum. 2. Oxodipine and nifedipine, 10(-8)-10(-7) M, produced a dose-dependent inhibition of the contractile responses induced by single pulse stimulation, acetylcholine and histamine. 3. From these experiments it is concluded that oxodipine like nifedipine produced a similar and potent inhibitory effect of the contractile responses induced in guinea-pig ileum.

研究了新型二氢吡啶类药物奥索地平的作用，并在豚鼠回肠中将其与硝苯地平的作用进行了比较。2. 10(-8)-10(-7)M的奥索地平和硝苯地平对单脉冲刺激、乙酰胆碱和组胺诱导的收缩反应产生剂量依赖性抑制。3. 从这些实验得出结论，奥索地平与硝苯地平一样，对豚鼠回肠诱导的收缩反应产生相似且强效的抑制作用。
