Microcirculation was studied over time in 51 patients with acute viral hepatitides types A and B using bulbar microphotographic vasography. The results were compared with some immunological indices (the blood level of circulating immune complexes, the platelet aggregation test). The expression of microcirculatory changes correlated both with a type of virus hepatitis and the severity of disease. The relationship of disorders in the system of microcirculation with immune factors, in particular with immunopathological reactions developing during HBV infections, was discussed.
采用球结膜微血管造影术，对51例甲型和乙型急性病毒性肝炎患者的微循环进行了长期研究。将结果与一些免疫学指标（循环免疫复合物的血液水平、血小板聚集试验）进行了比较。微循环变化的表现既与病毒性肝炎的类型有关，也与疾病的严重程度有关。讨论了微循环系统紊乱与免疫因素的关系，特别是与乙肝病毒感染期间发生的免疫病理反应的关系。
