We report the clinical presentations and pathologic findings in an adult female who had Disseminated Histiocytosis X associated with diabetes insipidus and diabetes mellitus. The association of these three conditions in the same subject is rare. The current knowledge on Disseminated Histiocytosis X is reviewed and the possible relationship between these three conditions discussed.
我们报告了一名成年女性的临床表现和病理检查结果，该患者患有播散性组织细胞增多症X，同时伴有尿崩症和糖尿病。同一患者身上出现这三种病症的情况较为罕见。本文回顾了目前关于播散性组织细胞增多症X的知识，并探讨了这三种病症之间可能存在的关系。
