Abstract

A range of indolizine smoothly underwent visible-light-induced intermolecular [3+2] annulations with internal alkynes to afford pyrrolo[2,1,5-]indolizine in good to excellent yields with high regioselectivity. Through this cascade reaction, a series of fluoroactive fused indolizines with a large π-system were conveniently synthesized. The usage of visible light as energy source with air as a stoichiometric oxidant under simple conditions makes this process attractive and practical.

一系列中氮茚能顺利地与内炔烃发生可见光诱导的分子间[3+2]环化反应,以良好至优异的产率和高区域选择性得到吡咯并[2,1,5-]中氮茚。通过这种串联反应,方便地合成了一系列具有大π体系的含氟活性稠合中氮茚。在简单条件下使用可见光作为能源、空气作为化学计量氧化剂,使得该过程具有吸引力且实用。
