Abstract

A Rh(III)-catalyzed direct cyanation of 2-indazoles with -cyano--phenyl--toluenesulfonamide has been realized via a chelation-assisted strategy. The methodology enables regioselective access to various ortho-cyanated phenylindazoles in good yields with a broad substrate scope and good functional group compatibility. The obtained cyanated indazoles could further be converted into other value-added chemicals. Importantly, the current protocol is featured with several characteristics, including a novel cyanating agent, good regioselectivity, and operational convenience.

通过螯合辅助策略,实现了 Rh(III)催化的 2-吲哚与 -氰基--苯基--对甲苯磺酰胺的直接氰化反应。该方法能够以良好的收率和广泛的底物范围及良好的官能团相容性,实现各种邻位氰化苯基吲哚的区域选择性合成。得到的氰化吲哚可以进一步转化为其他有价值的化学品。重要的是,该现行方案具有几个特点,包括新颖的氰化试剂、良好的区域选择性和操作便利性。
