Abstract
This report presents a case of diaphragmatic and stomach rupture in a 30-week pregnant woman. Timely diagnosis and management of the rupture is important to reduce systemic complications and effects on the mother and fetus. Symptoms and signs should be clearly studied to prevent misdiagnosis and delay in the treatment.
摘要
本报告介绍了一例30周妊娠妇女膈肌和胃破裂的病例。及时诊断和处理破裂对于减少全身并发症以及对母亲和胎儿的影响至关重要。应仔细研究症状和体征，以防止误诊和治疗延误。
