Abstract
An allergic type complication with cardiac arrest occurred at the time of induction of anaesthesia in a 17-year-old girl. There were no sequelae. The lymphoblastic transformation test was positive to Palfium, indicating the existence of an immune factor in the aetiogenesis of the complication.
