Abstract
Five patients with carcinoma of the cervix and one with carcinoma of the vagina were examined by both cystoscopy and endosonography. Both techniques revealed malignant infiltration of the bladder in 4 patients. In the other 2 cystoscopy showed an intact bladder mucosa despite cystosonographic evidence of invasion of the bladder wall by tumor.

对5例宫颈癌患者和1例阴道癌患者进行了膀胱镜检查和超声内镜检查。两种检查技术均显示4例患者存在膀胱恶性浸润。在另外2例患者中，膀胱镜检查显示膀胱黏膜完整，尽管超声内镜检查有肿瘤侵犯膀胱壁的证据。
