Abstract

A new tetracyclic depsidone derivative, guanxidone A (), together with three known metabolites -, was isolated from the mangrove endophytic fungus sp. GXNU-A9. The structure of compound was established by HR-ESI-MS, 1 D and 2 D NMR data, as well as by comparison with literature data. Compounds - were evaluated for their anti-inflammatory effects on the production of the nitric oxide (NO), and compound significantly reduced the production of NO in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-stimulated cells with IC value of 8.22 M.
