To examine the correlation between infection and spontaneous abortion among pregnant women, so as to provide the evidence for the developmentofpreventivemeasuresforspontaneousabortion.
A total of 228 serum samples collected from women with spontaneous abortion for the first time from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the case group, while 228 serum samples collected from pregnant women with a normal delivery and without a history of abortion during the same period were selected as the control group. The serum IgG and IgM antibodies against were detected and compared in both groups, and the correlation between T. gondii infection and spontaneous abortion was evaluated.
There were no significant differences between the case and control groups in terms of age, education levels, occupation, residency and proportion of keeping cats (all values > 0.05). The positive rate of anti- IgM antibody was significantly higher in the case group than in the control group (adjusted = 4.08, < 0.05; = 8.25), while no significant difference was seen between the case and control groups ( = 0.42, > 0.05).
Acute maternal infection may remarkably increase the chance of spontaneous abortion. Progestational health education regarding toxoplasmosis prevention and control knowledge and detection of infection during pregnancy should be strengthened.
探讨孕妇感染与自然流产之间的相关性,为制定自然流产的预防措施提供依据。
选取2018年1月至2019年12月首次发生自然流产的妇女的228份血清样本作为病例组,同时选取同期正常分娩且无流产史的孕妇的228份血清样本作为对照组。检测并比较两组血清中抗弓形虫IgG和IgM抗体,评估弓形虫感染与自然流产的相关性。
病例组和对照组在年龄、文化程度、职业、居住地及养猫比例方面差异均无统计学意义(均P值>0.05)。病例组抗弓形虫IgM抗体阳性率显著高于对照组(校正χ² = 4.08,P < 0.05;χ² = 8.25),而两组抗弓形虫IgG抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ² = 0.42,P > 0.05)。
孕妇急性弓形虫感染可能显著增加自然流产的几率。应加强孕期弓形虫病防控知识的健康教育及感染检测。
