To compare the clinical efficacy of the acupuncture technique of combined with speech rehabilitation training and speech rehabilitation training alone for post-stroke motor aphasia.
A total of 70 patients with post-stroke motor aphasia were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 35 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with basic treatment and speech rehabilitation training; on the basis of the control group, the patients in the observation group were treated with the acupuncture technique of at Yamen (GV 15), Jinjin (EX-HN 12), Yuye (EX-HN 13), and Hegu (LI 4) etc., once a day, 6 days per week, for a total of 4 weeks. The speech function score, aphasia grade, daily life speech ability score of the two groups before and after treatment were observed, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.
The total effective rate was 94.3% (33/35) in the observation group, which was superior to 80.0% (28/35) in the control group (<0.05). In addition to listening comprehension, each score of speech function in the two groups was significantly increased after treatment (<0.05), and the increasing in the observation group was greater than that in the control group (<0.05). After treatment, the aphasia grade of the two groups were improved (<0.05), and the aphasia grade in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (<0.05). After treatment, the scores of daily life speech ability in the two groups were significantly improved (<0.05), and the increasing in the observation group was greater than that in the control group (<0.05).
The acupuncture technique of combined with speech rehabilitation training could improve the speech function of patients with post-stroke motor aphasia, and its curative effect is superior to the speech rehabilitation training alone.
比较针刺联合言语康复训练与单纯言语康复训练对脑卒中后运动性失语的临床疗效。
将70例脑卒中后运动性失语患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组35例。对照组患者采用基础治疗及言语康复训练；观察组患者在对照组基础上，加用针刺哑门（GV 15）、金津（EX-HN 12）、玉液（EX-HN 13）、合谷（LI 4）等穴位，每日1次，每周6次，共治疗4周。观察两组治疗前后的言语功能评分、失语症分级、日常生活言语能力评分，并评价临床疗效。
观察组总有效率为94.3%（33/35），优于对照组的80.0%（28/35）（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组除听理解外的各项言语功能评分均显著提高（P<0.05），且观察组提高幅度大于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组失语症分级均改善（P<0.05），且观察组失语症分级明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组日常生活言语能力评分均显著提高（P<0.05），且观察组提高幅度大于对照组（P<0.05）。
针刺联合言语康复训练可改善脑卒中后运动性失语患者的言语功能，其疗效优于单纯言语康复训练。
