Here we report the complete genome sequence of ATC6, which produces acidic cellulase, isolated from pig feces. The genome is 4,062,817 bp in length and has a guanine-cytosine (GC) content of 46.27%. Among the predicted 3,913 protein-coding genes, two glucanase genes, which are involved in lichenan and cellulose degradation, were found. This genome analysis helps clarify the mechanism involved in cellulose biodegradation and support its application for efficient use of livestock feeds.
在此,我们报告了从猪粪便中分离出的产酸性纤维素酶的ATC6的全基因组序列。该基因组长度为4,062,817 bp,鸟嘌呤-胞嘧啶(GC)含量为46.27%。在预测的3913个蛋白质编码基因中,发现了两个参与地衣多糖和纤维素降解的葡聚糖酶基因。该基因组分析有助于阐明纤维素生物降解的机制,并支持其在高效利用家畜饲料方面的应用。
