Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find a lupeol acetate from fruit peel. Ethyl acetate extract of fruit peel was obtained by maceration process. After the process of fractionation, it results 3 subfractions (A, B, and C). The subfraction B was rechromatographed and yielded B2 pure isolate. Based on data from proton nuclear magnetic resonance, Fourier transform-infrared, and mass spectrometry (MS from gas chromatography-MS), the B2 isolate was suspected as lupeol acetate compound (in this study, the presence of lupeol acetate in the fruit peel has been reported for the first time).

本研究的目的是从果皮中找到一种乙酸羽扇豆醇酯。通过浸渍法获得果皮的乙酸乙酯提取物。经过分馏过程,得到3个亚组分(A、B和C)。对亚组分B进行再色谱分离,得到B2纯分离物。根据质子核磁共振、傅里叶变换红外光谱和质谱(气相色谱 - 质谱联用的质谱)数据,怀疑B2分离物为乙酸羽扇豆醇酯化合物(在本研究中,首次报道了果皮中存在乙酸羽扇豆醇酯)。
