Abstract

A novel white-colored, aerobic, Gram-stain-positive, rod-shaped bacterium, designated strain DB0629 was isolated from a motor car evaporator core collected in South Korea. Strain DB0629 grew at 10-35 °C, pH 6.0-9.0, and 0-5.0% (w/v) NaCl concentration. The 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis showed that strain DB0629 belonged to the genus Nakamurella, with the nearest phylogenetic neighbor being Nakamurella lactea DSM 19367 (97.6% sequence similarity). The strain comprised diphosphatidylglycerol and phosphatidylinositol as the main polar lipids; MK-8(H) as a sole respiratory quinone; meso-diaminopimelic acid as the diagnostic diamino acid in the cell-wall peptidoglycan and anteiso-C, anteiso-C, iso-C, iso-C, and C as the major fatty acids. The average nucleotide identity (ANI) and in silico DNA-DNA hybridization values between strain DB0629 and N. lactea DSM 19367 were 74.9% and 20.8%, respectively, which were below the threshold values of 95% and 70%, respectively. The DNA G + C content was 69.5 mol%. Based on the polyphasic taxonomic data, the novel species Nakamurella aerolata sp. nov. is proposed with the type strain DB0629 (= KCTC 72726 = NBRC 114624).

从韩国采集的汽车蒸发器芯中分离出一株新型白色、需氧、革兰氏染色阳性的杆状细菌,命名为DB0629菌株。DB0629菌株在10-35°C、pH 6.0-9.0和0-5.0%(w/v)NaCl浓度下生长。16S rRNA基因序列分析表明,DB0629菌株属于中村氏菌属,与其亲缘关系最近的系统发育邻居是乳酸中村氏菌DSM 19367(序列相似性为97.6%)。该菌株以二磷脂酰甘油和磷脂酰肌醇为主要极性脂质;以MK-8(H)作为唯一的呼吸醌;以中-二氨基庚二酸作为细胞壁肽聚糖中的诊断性二氨基酸,以anteiso-C、anteiso-C、iso-C、iso-C和C作为主要脂肪酸。DB0629菌株与乳酸中村氏菌DSM 19367之间的平均核苷酸同一性(ANI)和电子DNA-DNA杂交值分别为74.9%和20.8%,均低于阈值95%和70%。DNA G+C含量为69.5 mol%。基于多相分类学数据,提出了新物种气生中村氏菌(Nakamurella aerolata sp. nov.),模式菌株为DB0629(=KCTC 72726=NBRC 114624)。
