[Increased radiation reactions of the efferent urinary system following gynecologic radiation therapy. Incidence, prevention and therapy].

Basing on the newer literature and own experiences a survey is given concerning radiation reactions occasionally to be seen with kidney, ureter, urinary bladder and urethra in connection with the radiation therapy in gynecology. Hints are given to prophylaxis and therapy of these radiation reactions with special emphasis of the treatment with instillation solutions in case of raised reactions of the urinary bladder.
