Abstract

Myelotoxicity is a serious side effect of anticancer drugs. The search for drugs that can reduce the hematological complications of chemotherapy through modulation of hematopoietic stem cells is an urgent task of oncopharmacology. In the present study we showed that administration of Tussilago farfara L. polysaccharides to C57BL/6 mice treated with cyclophosphamide can increase the number of hematopoietic stem cells (CD11734) in the bone marrow.

摘要

骨髓毒性是抗癌药物的一种严重副作用。寻找能够通过调节造血干细胞来减少化疗血液学并发症的药物是肿瘤药理学的一项紧迫任务。在本研究中,我们表明,给用环磷酰胺处理的C57BL/6小鼠施用款冬多糖可增加骨髓中造血干细胞(CD11734)的数量。
