Abstract
Results are presented after 2 and 4 years of follow up of 20 women with urinary stress incontinence treated by endourethral injections of teflon. Good results were obtained in 6 cases, the other 14 women obtaining no benefit, and it is concluded that the method is of little effectiveness.

对20例接受聚四氟乙烯尿道内注射治疗的压力性尿失禁女性患者进行了2年和4年的随访，现将结果报告如下。6例患者取得了良好效果，其他14例女性未获益处，由此得出结论，该方法效果甚微。
