Since 1981, 12 cases of stress incontinence in elderly, multi-operated women have been treated by one or several endoscopic injections of teflon. The definitive results, with a mean follow-up of 28 months, were as follows: 58% cures, 25% improvements and 16% failures. The urodynamic survey and cysto-urethrography revealed: unchanged urethral compliance, increased urethral tone and urethral length, improved abdomino-urethral transmission, increased bladder capacity, reduction in the posterior vesico-urethral angle and lifting of the bladder neck.
自1981年以来，12例老年、多次接受手术的女性压力性尿失禁患者接受了一次或多次内镜下聚四氟乙烯注射治疗。最终结果显示，平均随访28个月，治愈率为58%，改善率为25%，失败率为16%。尿动力学检查和膀胱尿道造影显示：尿道顺应性不变，尿道张力和长度增加，腹尿道传输改善，膀胱容量增加，膀胱后尿道角减小，膀胱颈抬高。
