This study was conducted to investigate the effects of communication skills on resilience in undergraduate nursing students in Turkey.
The research was completed with a total of 687 students. The Introductory Information Form, the Resilience Scale for Adults (RSA), and the Communication Skills Scale (CSS) were used as data collection tools. In evaluating the data, the Mann-Whitney U, Kruskal-Wallis, and linear regression test were used.
The mean RSA scores of the students were found to be significant according to some sociodemographic variables. The total correlation between the RSA and CSS was (R) 0.643; the CSS positively affected the RSA, and it explained 41.4% of the total variance (p < 0.001).
The resilience and communication skills of the undergraduate nursing students were correlated, and their communication skills affected their resilience.
本研究旨在调查土耳其本科护理学生沟通技巧对韧性的影响。
该研究共纳入 687 名学生。采用简介信息表、成人韧性量表（RSA）和沟通技巧量表（CSS）作为数据收集工具。在数据分析中，采用了 Mann-Whitney U 检验、Kruskal-Wallis 检验和线性回归检验。
