Dander's Allergy still is an actual problem. In urban population the incidence increase with proliferation of domestic Animals in Houses, when, in rural population, cows and horses sensibilization frequency decrease with present evolution of farming. The newness is represented by the amelioration of knowledge in last years of biochemical nature of Antigens and the identification of major allergens.
丹德氏过敏症仍然是一个现实问题。在城市人口中，随着家庭中宠物数量的增加，发病率也在上升；而在农村人口中，随着目前农业的发展，牛和马的致敏频率有所下降。近年来对抗原生化性质的认识有所提高以及主要过敏原的鉴定是新的进展。
