We conducted quarantine insect species diversity monitoring using DNA barcoding with 517 lepidopteran samples that were obtained from quarantine inspections of foreign vessels entering Korea. For species delimitation and species identification of the analyzed samples, we applied a 2% cutoff rule. Consequently, 145 (368 samples) were considered taxonomically identified. Therefore the number of samples that were identified to the species level was relatively low, at approximately 71%. Thirty of 145 species were not known in Korea, three, i.e., (Noctuidae), (Noctuidae), and (Pieridae), were checked as 'Regulated pests' in Korea.
我们使用DNA条形码技术对517份鳞翅目样本进行检疫昆虫物种多样性监测,这些样本来自进入韩国的外国船只的检疫检查。为了对分析样本进行物种界定和鉴定,我们应用了2%的截断规则。因此,145个物种(368个样本)被认为在分类学上得到了鉴定。因此,在物种水平上鉴定出的样本数量相对较低,约为71%。145个物种中有30个在韩国不为人知,其中有3种,即夜蛾科的 、夜蛾科的 和粉蝶科的 ,在韩国被列为“管制害虫”。
