Abstract

Champion ex Bentham is a potential medicinal plant of the genus Lindl in the family Rosaceae. To better determine its phylogenetic location with respect to the other Rosaceae species, the complete chloroplast genome of was sequenced. The whole chloroplast genome is 159,286 bp in length, consisting of a pair of inverted repeat (IR) regions of 26,343 bp, one large single-copy (LSC) region of 87,301 bp, and one small single-copy (SSC) region of 19,299 bp. The overall GC content of the whole chloroplast genome is 36.7%. Further, phylogenetic analysis using maximum likelihood with TVM + F+R2 model strongly supports the relationship: sisterhood of and , followed by three species of L.

弯边冠军蔷薇是蔷薇科蔷薇属一种具有潜在药用价值的植物。为了更好地确定其相对于其他蔷薇科物种的系统发育位置,对其完整叶绿体基因组进行了测序。整个叶绿体基因组长度为159,286 bp,由一对26,343 bp的反向重复(IR)区域、一个87,301 bp的大单拷贝(LSC)区域和一个19,299 bp的小单拷贝(SSC)区域组成。整个叶绿体基因组的总体GC含量为36.7%。此外,使用TVM + F+R2模型的最大似然法进行的系统发育分析有力地支持了这种关系:[具体物种1]和[具体物种2]为姐妹关系,其次是[具体物种3]、[具体物种4]和[具体物种5]这三个[蔷薇属]物种。
