Abstract

The nearly complete mitochondrial genome of is 15852 bp in size, containing 13 protein-coding genes, 22 transfer RNAs, 2 ribosomal RNAs, and a partial control region. Compared to ancestral organization, seven tRNA genes were rearranged. Bayesian and maximum-likelihood trees recovered the monophyly of Tenthredinidae and was the basal lineage. The mitogenome sequence provided fundamental data for resolving phylogenetic and genetic problems of Tenthredinidae.
