Abstract

A complete chloroplast genome of , an endemic shrub in China, was sequenced and identified. The length of genome is 156,573 bp, and the GC content is 37.3%. This genome contains a large single copy (LSC; 88,473 bp) region, a small single copy (SSC; 20,492) region, a pair of inverted repeat (IR; 23,804) regions. A total of 113 unique genes were identified, including 78 protein-coding genes, 31 tRNA genes and 4 rRNA genes. The phylogenetic analysis based on complete chloroplast genome of 10 species showed that was sister to .

对中国特有的一种灌木的完整叶绿体基因组进行了测序和鉴定。基因组长度为156,573 bp,GC含量为37.3%。该基因组包含一个大单拷贝(LSC;88,473 bp)区域、一个小单拷贝(SSC;20,492)区域和一对反向重复(IR;23,804)区域。共鉴定出113个独特基因,包括78个蛋白质编码基因、31个tRNA基因和4个rRNA基因。基于10个物种的完整叶绿体基因组的系统发育分析表明,[物种名称1]与[物种名称2]是姐妹关系。
