Abstract
Nonimmune hydrops fetalis is a serious perinatal complication with diverse causes but few successful treatment modalities. The first reported case of hydrops fetalis caused by a massive fetomaternal hemorrhage treated successfully prenatally is presented. A modification of the standard intrauterine transfusion technique was used for therapy. Implications of future treatment are discussed.

非免疫性胎儿水肿是一种严重的围产期并发症，病因多样，但成功的治疗方式很少。本文介绍了首例产前成功治疗的因大量胎儿-母体出血导致的胎儿水肿病例。治疗采用了标准宫内输血技术的改良方法。并讨论了未来治疗的意义。
