Abstract

Diabetic nephropathy is one of the most important comorbidities in the diabetic population. In China, more and more young patients are showing an increasing prevalence of diabetes. As a gas molecule, hydrogen sulfide (H S) has some unique chemical and physiological functions. In recent years, it has been studied in various fields. These effects are manifested in the induction of renal vasodilation and anti-renal vascular fibrosis. The ball clearing function is improved. Therefore, increasing prospective studies have focused on how H S protects diabetic nephropathy and how to obtain H S by modern means to treat diabetic nephropathy.

摘要

糖尿病肾病是糖尿病患者最重要的合并症之一。在中国,越来越多的年轻患者糖尿病患病率呈上升趋势。硫化氢(H2S)作为一种气体分子,具有一些独特的化学和生理功能。近年来,它在各个领域都有研究。这些作用表现为诱导肾血管舒张和抗肾血管纤维化,改善肾小球滤过功能。因此,越来越多的前瞻性研究集中在 H2S 如何保护糖尿病肾病以及如何通过现代手段获得 H2S 来治疗糖尿病肾病。
